Consider making sanding blocks that can reuse time and again. Start by cutting six blocks from scrap 3/4″ plywood for every sandpaper grits you generally use. Be sure that they’re only around two-and-a-half inches by four-and-three-quarters inches. Spray adhesive is what you use on the blocks and a piece of cork. Spray adhesive on the back of sandpaper and stick that to both cork blocks face down.
